- College Timings are from 9.00 am to 4 .00pm
- All the students must attend the Morning Prayer at 9.00 am, late comers will be considered as absent for the day.
- An aggregate of 90 % is compulsory for appearing for the university exams. Be regular, without taking frequent leave. Attendances are maintained by the Biometric system.
- If students wish to take leave they should apply well in advance with parents consent and signature
- In case of emergencies inform through phone and submit the letter next day with parent’s signature, non-submission of leave letter will be treated as absent.
- Medical facilities including insurance coverage is available for the students.
- A minimum of 50 % mark is necessary for pass (theory, practical’s & orals) in each subject for university examinations.
- Daily activities are to be recorded in logbook. Record book should be maintained properly.
- Parents should attend meeting on & off when called for.
- Progress report, consisting of the overall performance of the student (including attendance, behavior, internal assessment marks ), should be initialed by the parent.
- It is mandatory for the students to attend the BHAJAN every Friday (3.00pm – 4.00 pm).
- Non vegetarian food is not allowed in the campus.
- Mobile phones, cameras, laptops are strictly prohibited inside the campus. Violation of this will ensure strict & immediate disciplinary action.
